If you missed class Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, you need to make up an AP Essay. This essay is timed can only be done in my presence. Please schedule a time to make it up as there will not be time during class to do so.
You also need to come pick up your homework handout. You will need to annotate the prompt and the text selection for both sides of the paper.

It is time for the Book Seminar Leaders to sign up for their first meeting with me to discuss their Book Seminar. Please review the Book Seminar instructions thoroughly prior to the meeting.
The Book Seminar will be held Thursday/Friday Feb. 5/6, 2015.
All other students must have chapter 1 read of the novel by those dates.

Refer to the Rubric of All Rubrics to interpret your grade for your essays in Turnitin.com. I may be asking you to reflect on some of your writing and you will need the rubric to do this task.

If you received a notation in Turnitin.com that you need to redo an assignment for credit, that assignment needs to be turned into me tomorrow morning. Hard copy version only. I will not be accepting emails of work, unless I have given explicit permission for you to do so.
The only assignments that would have been marked redo are the weekly poem assignments. If you wrote your analysis in block text form then you received a zero.
Moving forward, the opportunity to redo your work with regards to that error will not be available.

So far I have only one student who has gotten the correct answer. Pay attention to the question. If you try to answer with more than one book then you will be disqualified. There are five books left.
