A blast from the past! You will be revising and rewriting two essays that you wrote at the beginning of the year. This involves re-annotation, thesis revision, review of your original work and class discussion. Your annotations are due: 2/4 (A), 2/5 (B)
“Blackberry Picking”
We will be returning to “Blackberry Picking” by Seamus Heaney. You worked with this poem at the beginning of the year as part of your Pre-test for the course. You will annotate this poem and the accompanying prompt again in preparation for an in-class revision.

2015 Question 3
You have also now had tons of practice on the AP question 3 via your warmups. We will be revisiting the 2015 AP Question 3 this week as well. For the pre-work for this revision, you will re-annotate the prompt and develop a thesis based on your novel or play of choice. You may or may not want to choose your original book choice again.
